The guidelines here have been borrowed and adapted from other wiki installations in an attempt to stay in line with the relevant laws. The goal is a healthy community where communication is open, disagreement is expected, and basic kindness and common sense are the way things are done. I welcome anybody who would like to get involved in constructing this beast and then keeping it groomed and fed. Drafts of articles for individual subjects can be sent to me at anytime, but are subject to a standard editorial process.
The hard line
Online harassment, defamation, hateful speech, doxxing, plagiarism, malicious misinformation and violations of copyright law will be deleted and the responsible person or persons permanently banned. I am the judge and jury on this, but will invite commentary on individual cases. If any of these terms or concepts are unfamiliar to you, Wikipedia provides basic information on all of them, as well as guidance on where to find more information. Discussion of politics, elections, social conditions and world affairs are better handled elsewhere, and will be deleted. I reserve the right to revise, rewrite, edit or delete any or all of the policies provided above.
